Dispatch & Delivery
Orders are dispatched within 1–3 business days of purchase. During public holidays or peak periods, please allow a little extra time. All parcels are shipped using NZ Post’s eShip platform, which supports rural delivery and full tracking.

- New Zealand: 2–4 business days
- Australia: 4–6 business days
- United States: 6–10 business days
These estimates reflect average timelines. Remote areas or customs clearance may extend delivery.

Sustainability & Care
Every Elm Lab parcel is packed at Elm Grove, our sixth-generation family farm in Otago, New Zealand, using minimal, recyclable materials. Orders are checked and wrapped with care, often by us, the co-founders, because we believe skincare should arrive with the same integrity and gentleness it was made with.
Duties & Taxes
Orders shipped outside New Zealand may be subject to taxes, customs fees or import duties upon arrival in your country. These charges are the customer's responsibility.
Elm Lab cannot refund your order or shipping if you decline to pay these fees and the parcel is returned or refused. Customs policies vary by country but we always include clear documentation to minimise delays.
